Applicants must provide a non-refundable fee of $300 or 3% of the grant request, whichever is less. Applications submitted without the application fee will not be considered for funding.

Hand delivered application attachments must be received in the MCACA offices by 4:00 p.m. on May 30, 2008.

Metered mail IS NOT acceptable.
