Dec. 11, 2006

The Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs (MCACA) today announced its March 2007 grant workshops schedule at 11 different locations throughout the state.  Staff members from MCACA will conduct the workshops so that representatives of Michigan non-profit organizations and municipalities can learn how to apply for any of the council's many grant opportunities.  The two-hour workshops are free and pre-registration is not required.

MCACA's grant programs provide funding for arts and cultural projects taking place between Oct. 1, 2007, and Sept. 30, 2008.  The application deadline is May 1, 2007.
