Grand Rapids-Based Visual EdJ Productions to Premiere Feature Film '2morrows Never Promised' Dec. 14

Contact:  Janet Lockwood (517) 373-0638

Dec. 13, 2007

Theater One, Studio 28 in Grand Rapids will host a red-carpet premiere Friday, Dec. 14, for "2morrows Never Promised" - a feature film written and directed by Javin Love (who also stars in the film) and co-produced by Edwin de Jong of Visual EdJ Productions.  Mr. de Jong also served as director of photography for the film.

Theater One, Studio 28 is at 1350 28th Street SW, in Grand Rapids.  The red carpet event begins at 6 p.m.; the movie premiere is at 8 p.m.  Tickets are $8 per person and are available at the Studio 28 ticket counter.

Visual EdJ Productions describes "2Morrows Never Promised" as a fictional account of hip hop group The Final Four, their interpersonal struggles, and the greed and betrayals that led to the group's ultimate downfall.  Targeted to urban youth, the movie contains a strong message to "live life for today" and the soundtrack includes original compositions by Fireproof, whose rap music is known for anti-violence messages.

"Film and commercial making in Michigan is serious business, backed by talented and serious crew and countless unique locations," said Janet Lockwood, director of the Michigan Film Office.  "I'm happy to see this movie come together, casting a big spotlight on some of Grand Rapids' most incredible movie-making resources.  It's a big night for Fireproof Music and Visual EdJ Productions and it's a big night for Grand Rapids."

"2morrows Never Promised" is a co-production of Fireproof Music LLC (www.speaklife7.com) and Visual EdJ Productions, Inc. ( www.visualedj.com).
