Michigan History for Kids Winter 2007-08, cover featuring rock and roll

The music style called "rock and roll" began in the 1950s. Michiganians were there from it's beginnings and contributed to its growth. The Winter 2007-08 issue of Michigan History for Kids tells stories about Michigan's contributions to the music industry.
