Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests should be submitted in writing directly to the agency, bureau or office within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, using the mailing address, fax number, or E-mail address listed on the specific web page.
For general Freedom of Information Act requests to the Department, please fax your request to (517) 335-4037, or mail to the State of Michigan, Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, c/o FOIA Coordinator, Ottawa Bldg, 4th Floor, P.O. Box 30004, Lansing, MI 48909 or e-mail LARAFOIAInfo@michigan.gov. If you have any questions, you may telephone (517) 335-3327; however, requests for documents will not be accepted by telephone.
