January 25, 2010 The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today authorized Consumers Energy Company to implement a power supply cost recovery (PSCR) factor for 2009. The utility is authorized to implement a factor of $0.02619 per kilowatt-hour. The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth. Case No. U-15675
