The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved settlement agreements authorizing 2010 power supply cost recovery (PSCR) factors for nine Michigan electric utilities.

In Case No. U-16032, the MPSC approved a settlement that authorizes Wisconsin Public Service Corporation to implement a 2010 PSCR factor of up to $0.00276 per kilowatt-hour (kWh).  The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.

In Case No. U-16033, the MPSC approved a settlement that authorizes Northern States Power Company to implement a 2010 PSCR factor of up to $0.02080 per kWh.  The utility, the MPSC staff and Citizens Against Rate Excess participated in the settlement.

In Case No. U-16036, the MPSC approved a settlement that authorizes Cloverland Electric Co-operative to implement a 2010 PSCR factor of up to $0.00382 per kWh.  The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.

In Case No. U-16037, the MPSC approved a settlement that authorizes Midwest Energy Cooperative to implement a 2010 PSCR factor of $0.02443 per kWh.  The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.

In Case No. U-16038, the MPSC approved a settlement that authorizes Ontonagon County Rural Electricfication Association to implement a 2010 PSCR factor of up to $0.00510 per kWh.  The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.

In Case No. U-16039, the MPSC approved a settlement that authorizes Thumb Electric Cooperative to implement a 2010 PSCR factor of up to $0.006057 per kWh.  The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.

In Case No. U-16041, the MPSC approved a settlement that authorizes Great Lakes Energy Cooperative to implement a 2010 PSCR factor of up to $0.00981 per kWh.  The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.

In Case No. U-16042, the MPSC approved a settlement that authorizes Presque Isle Electric & Gas Co-op to implement a 2010 PSCR factor of up to $0.01875 per kWh.  The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.

In Case No. U-16043, the MPSC approved a settlement that authorizes Homeworks Tri-County Electric Cooperative to implement a 2010 PSCR factor of up to $0.00059 per kWh.  The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.
