How to Become Registered as a ULOE Agent

  1. Per Rule 451.803.7(a)(i) of the Michigan Uniform Securities Act, a Notice Filing Requirement must be submitted to our office for agents receiving a commission, by submitting a Form U-4 for each agent no later than 10 business days before the first sale. There are no filing fees, renewal fees, exam requirements or fingerprint card requirements.

  2. The registration remains effective only until such time as the offering is completed or registration is otherwise terminated. This may be accomplished by submitting a letter to our office requesting termination of the agent(s) or by submitting a Form U-5.
