Program Statement

The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs no longer has authority to enforce the provisions of the Condominium Act or the Administrative Rules. The remaining responsibilities of the Department are:

to create the Condominium Buyers Handbook,
to forward complaints to the developer, and
to provide the complainant with information on the remedies that are available to them through the Condominium Act.
