Intermediate Care Facilities for Mental Retardation (ICF/MR)

There is only one facility in the State of Michigan that is certified for ICF/MR. This facility provides care and treatment for clients that are developmentally disabled. The facility is located in Caro, Michigan. The Division of Nursing Home Monitoring has the responsibility of conducting annual surveys/complaint investigations at this facility.
