Agreement State Update (posted 4/30/2007)

On April 18, 2007, the Agreement State Advisory Committee met to further discuss the issue of Michigan becoming an Agreement State. An Agreement State assumes authority for radioactive materials that are currently regulated by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
