Dialogue Guidelines for Agile Thinking

Connect the circle, open up space for possibilities thinking.

-----------------------------------------------------

First Principle: If you first reframe (change) the context – You CAN change the results!  So, first you reframe the context from SIDES TO CIRCLES…

Next, shift the group’s thinking from “MIND-SET” – TO “MIND-FUL”

----------------------------------------------------

CHOOSE APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY…ask positive questions.

Listen, reflect and learn underlying assumptions and values. Grow trust.

EXPLORE POSSIBILITIES…Focus on Future…NOT PAST.

Turn a problem inside out…into an ideal resolution of an issue.

BE A LEARNING ORGANIZATION, …Be Learners, not Judgers.

No blaming, interrupting, confronting or withholding energy.

LEAVE POSITION, TITLE & EGO…AT THE DOOR.

Include every voice…promote mutual respect…find common ground.

LET GO of your attachments …There is more than one way!!

Stretch, flex, adapt;  Relationship chemistry lets Shared Vision unfold.

USE BOTH/AND THINKING. Avoid, ...Either/Or!   and…Yes/BUT!

Keep energy flowing …Information is energy; …use it as “idea fuel”!

Co-create new designs, co-evolve, emerge as a unified team!
