Doing even more for your low-vision patients...

Eye doctors are often the first professionals that people consult when they experience vision loss.  After doing all that you can do professionally, you can do even more -- by referring your eligible low-vision patients to the Michigan Commission for the Blind for services.

MCB provides training and other services to help people learn to do things in new ways without vision, to achieve their own personal goals for independence. These services are provided using state and federal funds, and MCB charges no fees to you or your patients.

For information about the Michigan Commission for the Blind, read more on the MCB website, or call MCB toll-free at 1-800-292-4200.
