Converting to Limited Liabilty Company

Agency: Licensing and Regulatory Affairs


The Limited Liability Company Act permits domestic partnerships or domestic limited partnerships to convert to a limited liability company.

The terms and conditions of the conversion shall be approved by the partners. The Articles of Organization and Certificate of Conversion (BCS/CD 753) are filed with the Bureau.
