Relicensure

Architects who miss the late renewal period and allow their license to lapse may apply for relicensure. Requirements for a licensee whose license has been lapsed from 61 days to 3 years include that the applicant be of good moral character. Requirements for a licensee whose license has been lapsed for more than 3 years include that the applicant be of good moral character, and that they meet current education and work experience requirements. Applications for relicensure may be requested by e-mail, telephone, or in writing.
