Hearing Aid Dealer Regulation

• Michigan State Hearing Aid Dealer Regulation
Hearing Aid Dealers are regulated under Article 13 of Public Act 299 of 1980, as amended. Article 13 defines hearing aid dealers to be a person who engages in the sale or offering for sale at retail of a hearing aid.
