An immigration clerical assistant listing renewal notice will be mailed to each individual active on the list approximately 60 days prior to the expiration of the third year of the original placement on the list. The renewal notice should be returned along with the required fee of $90 to remain active on the list for three more years. A late fee of $20 will be assessed for renewals received up to 60 days following the expiration date of placement on the list. After 60 days following expiration of the listing, a person must file a new application to be added back to the list.
