Community Planner Examination

Applicants must complete a national and state examination.

AICP Examination

A 150 question, multiple choice exam that covers basic knowledge central to the field of planning, as well as specialized knowledge. The exam is administered by the AICP in conjunction with the Educational Testing Service in May of each year at over 200 test centers throughout the US. Michigan Practice Examination

IMPORTANT NOTICE - EXAMINATION VENDOR CHANGE

Effective January 1, 2007, the examination for Community Planners will be administered by PSI Services, LLC (PSI). 

 

Candidates may contact PSI at 1/800/733-9267 or go to www.psiexams.comto obtain the examination brochure and registration form.
