Relicensure

A license that goes into lapsed status may be reissued by paying the appropriate fees and showing proof of meeting current licensing requirements, including continuing education, if applicable. Relicensure is issued for one year or less, depending on when in the renewal cycle the relicensure takes place. Relicensure fees are as follows:

Limited Real Estate Appraiser $180.00
State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser $230.00
Certified Residential Appraiser $230.00
Certified General Appraiser $230.00

If the license has been lapsed for more than 3 years, the applicant will be required to meet current license requirements, including passing the appropriate examination.
