How to Apply to be Added to the List

Agency: Licensing and Regulatory Affairs


The Vehicle Protection Product Warrantor application should be completed, signed and filed with the Department, accompanied by the $250.00 application fee, the Reimbursement Insurance Amendatory Endorsement form and a copy of each warranty the warrantor proposes to use in Michigan.
