  • Licensing of a qualified vendor representative at a charge of $50.00, and registration of all salespeople with the Manufacturers and Wholesalers Section of the Liquor Control Commission. Download an Application for Vendor Representative License form.

  • Submission of an executed Appointment of Vendor’s Designated Agent form. This agent is appointed by the vendor to receive notification of purchase requests from the State of Michigan. Download an Appointment of Vendor’s Designated Agent form.

  • Submission of a signed contract with one of Michigan’s Authorized Spirit Distribution Agents (ADAs) to provide warehousing and delivery services for your company’s spirit products in this State. Download a list of Authorized Spirit Distribution Agents.

When the above mentioned items are received and processed, we will mail a userid/password letter to your company that will give you access to our E-Quote system to register your product. Download a list of available E-Quote screen options.

You may introduce new items on a monthly basis. You can change prices quarterly.
