New Vendors

Thank you for your interest in having your spirits sold in Michigan. The following is required prior to being authorized by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission to market a new spirit product in Michigan.

  • Licensing of a qualified vendor representative at a charge of $50.00, and registration of all salespeople with the Manufacturers and Wholesalers Section of the Liquor Control Commission. Download an Application for Vendor Representative License form.

  • Submission of a signed contract with one of Michigan’s Authorized Spirit Distribution Agents (ADAs) to provide warehousing and delivery services for your company’s spirit products in this State. Download a list of Authorized Spirit Distribution Agents.

When the above mentioned items are received and processed, we will mail a userid/password letter to your company that will give you access to our E-Quote system to register your product. E-Quote is an Internet-based, paperless quotation filing system. Suppliers may transact liquor product quotation business with the Michigan Liquor Control Commission. Download a list of available E-Quote screen options.

You may introduce new items on a monthly basis. You can change prices quarterly.
