January 26, 2012 - The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement authorizing Presque Isle Electric & Gas Co-op's 2012 power supply cost recovery (PSCR) plan. 

Under the terms of the settlement, the utility is authorized to implement a PSCR factor of up to $0.02951 per kilowatt-hour in its monthly bills to its retail electric customers during the plan year.

The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.

The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
