Mobile Home Code Commission Responsibilities and Meeting Schedule
The Mobile Home Code Commission consists of nine (9) members appointed by the governor. The Commission meets quarterly and has the legal authority to approve local governmental ordinances which would regulate manufactured housing, grant variances to the Manufactured Housing Commission Rules, approve licenses for mobile home installer/servicers and retailers, and impose penalties on persons who have violated the Mobile Home Commission Act or Rules.
