Prevailing Wage Compliance Assistance - Self Audit

Agency: Licensing and Regulatory Affairs


If non-compliance is determined, a letter shall be sent requesting the contractor conduct a self audit for the claim period and reimburse underpayments determined by the self audit. The self-audit shall be certified by either a certified public accountant of the employer's choosing, or certified by the personal signature of the employer, attesting to the self-audit's authenticity and completeness with the following language prior to the signature: "I hereby certify that this self-audit is complete and correct as to its findings."
