Beginning June 1, 2007, the Deferred Presentment Provider will be charged a total fee of 45 cents ($0.45) for each approved and registered deferred presentment transaction.

This transaction-based fee consists of a database verification fee of 45 cents ($0.45). Note that this portion of the total fee may be "passed-on" or charged to the consumer pursuant to the Act.

This is the only fee collected for normal use of the Services.

Beginning with the October 1, 2010 licensing year, which will end September 30, 2011, the Commissioner will collect a transaction fee for each licensee's deferred presentment transaction on a monthly basis. The transaction fee amount will be $.40 per transaction for licensing year 2010-2011. This fee will be invoiced and collected by Veritec Solutions LLC. Note that this portion of the total fee may not be "passed-on" or charged to the consumer pursuant to the Act.
