I know that I have to do continuing education to renew my license. Since this is my first initial license and it's not for a full licensing period, do I need to complete CE's for my first renewal?
Continuing education is not required during the first licensure cycle, which is less than a full cycle. After you renew your license the first time, you will be added to the list of people who must complete continuing education as part of the renewal process.
