NonProfit Seminars

The Michigan Corporations, Securities, & Commercial Licensing Bureau, Corporation Division offers a seminar for new nonprofit officers, directors and members. Seminars are offered as listed at our Okemos office at 2501 Woodlake Circle, Okemos, MI from 12:30pm to 4:30pm. There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per person for attending the seminar.

2013 Seminar Dates: April 25, May 30, September 26, November 21 

The seminar covers a wide variety of topics including director and officers duties and responsibilities, indemnification, charitable solicitations, financing, tax issues, filing requirements and record keeping.    Register >
