Builders Rules Filed 2/16/2011

Revisions to the Administrative Rules for Builders and M&A Contractors were filed on February 16, 2011 and became effective immediately. These revisions were made as authorized by Section 2404b of the Occupational Code to address the prelicensure education and continuing competency requirements.
