Radiation Machine Registration Fees

nondental, nonveterinary x-ray tube $120.07 each x-ray tube
dental or veterinary x-ray tube $72.01 first x-ray tube
$39.94 each additional x-ray tube

Note: Fees increased 0.4 % on October 1, 2012, as a result of a change in the Detroit Consumer Price Index (June 2011 to June 2012)
