Overview

• Recognition of Achievements
Various programs and awards are available to Michigan employers and employees. These are facilitated by the Consultation Education and Training Division.

Recognition Programs

• Michigan Voluntary Protection Program (MVPP)
This program is designed to establish a cooperative relationship between management, labor, and MIOSHA. MVPP participants have exceptional safety and health management systems.

• Michigan Safety & Health Achievement Recognition Program
This program is designed to provide incentives and support to smaller, high-hazard employers to develop, implement and continuously improve effective safety and health programs at their worksites.

• Consultation Education and Training Awards
The CET Division recognizes the safety achievements of Michigan employers and employees through CET Safety Awards based on excellent safety and health performance.
