When does my last paycheck have to be paid to me?

On whatever day is considered to be your next scheduled pay day, unless you hand harvest crops.
Reference administrative rule R408.9007(1).

If you hand harvest crops you must be paid witihin 1 working day of the termination; reference administrative rule R408.9007(2).
