The Michigan Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 1976 PA 442, allows the public access to non-exempt records by submitting a written request.  A written request can be submitted to the Corporations, Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau  by mailing electronically to BCSFOIA@Michigan.gov, or by sending the request through regular mail to: FOIA Coordinator, LARA - Corporations, Securities, & Commercial Licensing Bureau, P.O. Box 30018, Lansing, MI 48909.
