The State of Michigan has implemented the Michigan Counter-Drug Procurement Program, also referred to as the 1122 Program. State and local law enforcement agencies whose missions are to enforce drug laws are provided access to this program. Eligible agencies may purchase equipment and supplies at federal cost under the 1122 Program.
