LANSING, November 7, 2005 – Thomas Dibble, an electrician from
Sturgis, walked away with a $25,000 top prize in the Triple Double Cash Instant game.
The 57-year-old has been a regular Lottery player for the last 20 years. This is his largest prize to date. Dibble has no immediate plans for his prize money.
The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Carl’s Northland Oil, 27010 E. Fawn River
Rd., in Sturgis.
Triple Double Cash is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at more than 10,000 Lottery retailers statewide.
All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan. In fiscal year 2004, the contribution was $644.8 million.
