LANSING, February 1, 2006 – Jane Lemke of Warren was in disbelief when she scratched a Cashword Instant ticket worth $35,000!

Lemke said she has been playing the Lottery for about 10 years; she also enjoys playing Bingo at casinos.  She has no immediate plans for her prize money.

The winning ticket was purchased at Valucenter Market, 22700 Ryan Rd., in Warren.

Cashword is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at more than 10,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2005, the contribution was $667.6 million.
