LANSING, June 19, 2007 - Monday's Super Raffle drawing produced 4,527 winning numbers and the prizes are already being claimed!

Rob Van Driessche of Roseville claimed the first Super Raffle prize on Monday afternoon.  Driessche, 32, purchased his $100,000 prize winning ticket at the Finesse Food Store in Warren.  The regular Lottery player plans to pay bills and finish building a race car with his winnings.

Robert Loudermilk's winning ticket was purchased at the Bedford Market in Bedford.  Loudermilk, of Adrian, claimed his prize today.  An avid player of Lottery raffle games, Loudermilk will use his winnings to pay bills.

Nine other Super Raffle winners claimed prizes.

A winner from Grand Rapids claimed a $100,000 prize.  The player, who purchased his ticket at the Speedway on Plainfield Avenue in Grand Rapids, plans to work less as a result of his win!  He was shocked to learn of his win after visiting the Lottery's Web site (www.michigan.gov/lottery).

A Swartz Creek player bought his $100,000 winning ticket at Wixom Food Market in Wixom.  When his wife went checked the numbers from the drawing on the Lottery's Web site, she screamed.  The lucky winner plans to pay off his mortgage and retire this year.

A vacation is on the horizon for a Westland winner who bought a $100,000 ticket at the Speedway on Wayne Road in Westland.  The longtime Lottery player, who said he couldn't believe his luck, will also use his winnings to pay bills.

Michael's Party Store in Mt. Clemens sold a $100,000 winning ticket to a lucky Mt. Clemens housewife.  Her children thought something was wrong when they saw her crying, but she had just discovered her winning number on the Lottery's Web site.  Among the plans for the money is a vacation.

One of two, $2 million prizes has been claimed by an anonymous group of players from the metro Detroit area.  The winning ticket was sold at the Speedway station on Plymouth Road in Livonia.

A Stevensville player had "a hunch" he would be Super Raffle winner and he was right!  He purchased a $100,000 winning ticket at the Welcome Inn in Stevensville and when he learned of his good fortune, he nearly hyperventilated.  Plans for the winnings include spending some money on his children and putting some toward retirement.

The Kroger in Brighton sold a winning $100,000 ticket to a lucky shopper there.

A lucky player who purchased a ticket at the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge in Adrian claimed a $100,000 prize.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
