$2 million finalists chosen

LANSING, June 11, 2008 - Preliminary finalists for the Michigan Lottery's $20 Instant games $2 million grand prize drawing, scheduled for Monday, June 23, have been selected.

The finalists are from the following cities:

  • Adrian
  • Clinton Township
  • Decatur
  • Troy
  • West Bloomfield

Finalists qualified for the drawing by claiming a $1,000 prize in one the following $20 Instant games: "Millionaire's Club", "$2,000,000 Explosion", "$35,000,000 Riches", "Double Red Millions", and "Casino Fortune". The five lucky finalists were chosen from a pool of 1,034 entries.

The grand prize drawing will be conducted at fireworks at the International Freedom Festival in downtown Detroit on Monday, June 23. The drawing will be televised live on WDIV Detroit Local 4 immediately following the fireworks display.
