LANSING, July 11, 2008 - An anonymous woman didn't believe her good luck when she matched all five numbers in the June 10 Fantasy 5 drawing! She won $115,001!

This is the largest win to date for the retired woman who has been a regular Lottery player since 1980. She plans to use her own-pick winnings on bills and a trip to Disney World.

The lucky own-pick ticket was purchased at Evergreen Stop & Go, 19995 W. 9 Mile Rd., in Southfield.

Fantasy 5 drawings are conducted seven days a week. Jackpots start at $100,000 and grow by approximately $5,000 daily.

Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers. In fiscal year 2007, the contribution to schools was $748.9 million. Since its inception in 1972, the Lottery has contributed more than $14.3 billion to education in Michigan.
