Evalyn Haskins of Saginaw Wins $10,000 Prize in Lottery's "Big Cash Casino" Instant Game!

LANSING, August 7, 2002 – Evalyn Haskins of Saginaw could not believe her good fortune upon scratching off a Michigan Lottery "Big Cash Casino" instant ticket to reveal a $10,000 prize!

The winning "Big Cash Casino" ticket was purchased at Short Stop Depot, 6055 Tittabawassee Road, in Saginaw.

The lucky 44-year-old, who works as a machine operator for Saginaw Delphi Steering Systems, said she was surprised to win such a large prize.

"I knew instantly that I had won when I scratched off the ticket," Haskins said. "I was stunned and in total disbelief!"

Haskins, who enjoys crocheting and playing Michigan Lottery games in her free time, said she plans to enjoy her winnings by spending it on things she enjoys.

"Big Cash Casino" is just one of many Michigan Lottery instant tickets available at more than 9,000 Michigan Lottery retailers statewide.
