$2 million finalists chosen

LANSING, June 4, 2009 - Preliminary finalists for the Michigan Lottery's $20 Instant games $2 million grand prize drawing, scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, have been selected.

The finalists are from the following cities:

  • Howell
  • Livonia
  • Sterling Heights
  • Warren
  • West Bloomfield

Finalists qualified for the drawing by claiming a $1,000 prize in one the following $20 Instant games: ""$35,000,000 Riches", Casino Fortune", Multi-Millions", "Casino Royale", $2,000,000 Diamond Dazzler", and "Lucky Game Book". The five lucky finalists were chosen from a pool of 680 entries.

The grand prize drawing will be conducted at fireworks at the International Freedom Festival in downtown Detroit on Wednesday, June 24. The drawing will be televised live on WDIV Detroit Local 4 immediately following the fireworks display.
