Claiming Prizes

Prizes up to $50,000 may be claimed at any Michigan Lottery regional office. Prizes greater than $50,000 must be claimed at Lottery headquarters in Lansing.

Generally, it's best if winners call Public Relations at 517-373-1237 so we can pre-validate your ticket and schedule an appointment for you. We do accept walk-in winners for high-tier prizes, but the unannounced visit may result in a lengthier processing time.

Claims center banks can process prize claims up to $50,000 in northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula.
