Winners Since 1972, the Lottery has paid out more than $23 billion in prize money and merchandise to winners in every county of the State of Michigan. This section includes the photos and stories of our Michigan Lottery winners; winners who, just like you, played a dollar to dream big. Winners range from players who won a trip to meet the band Aerosmith through a second chance contest to those Mega Millions winners who bet a dollar on an own pick ticket and walked away with $42 million. Congratulations to all our Michigan Lottery winners.
