If you have a complaint about a nursing facility or an assisted living home, or if you have a concern for the quality of care in a long term care facility, you can call the Ombudsman's toll free hotline number at 1-866-485-9393.  You can also contact the Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Service's Division of Nursing Home Monitoring: Detroit (313) 256-3687, Gaylord (989) 732-8062, Lansing (517) 334-8408.
