Lieutenant Governor Cherry will join UAW Region 1-C Director Bob Roth and the working families of Michigan to dedicate a memorial park to the memory of the sitdowners on Monday September 5^th 2005.  

The dedication of this park will remind all Michiganders of the sacrifices our forebears made to ensure a safe workplace, fair wages, and a high quality of life.
