Lt. Governor Cherry Statement on Passing of Former State Representative Bill Keith

Lt. Governor John D. Cherry, Jr.  today issued the following statement on the passing of former State Representative Bill Keith:
 
"Today, we lost a great man.  Bill Keith was a champion for public education whose passion and commitment made him a role model for a generation of educational policy-makers in Michigan.  His leadership was legendary, his contributions were enormous, and he will be missed.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends at this difficult time."
