Stockbridge Police Department (Ingham County) ~ Part-time Police Officer Position

The Village of Stockbridge Police Department is accepting applications for a part-time police officer position. To receive consideration, it is preferred that the applicant have at least one year full-time road patrol experience, or three years of part-time experience, however, we will consider candidates with less than the preferred road patrol experience. The applicant must have good interpersonal-public relation skills and be able to work a variety of shifts including holidays and weekends.

The applicant must also meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Be a Michigan Resident
  • Possess a valid Michigan driver’s license with good driving history
  • MCOLES license
  • Possess an Associate degree in criminal justice or related field from an accredited college and successfully pass a comprehensive background investigation, medical examination and drug screen.
