Jazz @ Sunset : December 30
Chateau Chantal. Come enjoy our tradition with Jeff Haas and his Trio and learn about wine through our wine education series.
Winter Warm-Up Weekend :January 11-13
Old Mission Peninsula Wine Trail. Visit any of the participating wineries to enjoy mulled and other warmed wines from a souvenir mug! 12-5pm. Just $5 - includes souvenir mug, mulled/warmed wines and special treats.
Winemaker Dinner Weekend : January 18-20
Lamb Chops/Chateau Chicken Breast. Chateau Grand Traverse. Join our winemaker and Chef Perry Harmon for an evening of fine foods paired with Chateau Grand Traverse wines. This weekend's menu is: Lamb Chops with Cherry Port Rosemary Sauce or a second choice of Chateau Chicken Breast with Wild Rice and Cheese Filling. Weekend Package Includes: Two-night stay for two, Friday evening wine and cheese reception with the winemaker, two deluxe breakfast bars in our breakfast room, private tour and tasting on Saturday at 5:00 PM and dinner with the winemaker prepared by Chef Perry on Saturday at 6:30 PM. Cost for the weekend: $550.00 per couple.
Wine Immersion Seminar : January 19
Chateau Chantal. An all-day event providing an excellent overview of winemaking, viticulture, and food and wine pairing. Includes vineyard walk, peasant's lunch, cellar tour, wine tastings, learning materials, and gourmet dinner. $135 per person. 11am-10pm.
What We Do For Flavor : January 26
Chateau Chantal. The true art of cooking lies in creating memorable flavor. Update your seasoning techniques - beyond salt and pepper! Discover umami - the Japanese "tastiness factor". Learn how to develop big flavor with herbs, spices, techniques and flavor combos. $125 per person. 12-5pm.
Women's Wine Weekend : February 1-3
Chateau Chantal. Looking for a getaway during Superbowl weekend? Enjoy wine, food, and your choice of shopping or a massage this weekend entirely devoted to women and simple pleasures!
Soups and Stews : February 9
Chateau Chantal. Soups and stews are the secret treasures of the kitchen. Learn how to make stock and soups on your own. You'll learn the basics, time-honored favorites, and jazzy new additions to your repertoire. $125 per person. 12-5pm.

Sushi: Making Maki 101 : February 23
Chateau Chantal. After taking this class, you'll master the tricky technique of rolling maki or sushi rolls. You'll learn how to make different types of maki, how to prepare pickled ginger, all about wasabi, and how to prepare perfect sushi rice every time. We'll work with sashimi grade raw tuna and cooked ingredients. $125 per person. 12-5pm.
I Like Meat : March 1
Chateau Chantal. Chef Nancy Allen teams up with a local meat cutter to teach you about meats, their cuts and appropriate uses. We'll prepare classic and bistro style dishes. $125 per person. 12-5pm.

Maple Glazed Salmon/Fettuccini Carbonara. Chateau Grand Traverse. Join our winemaker and Chef Perry Harmon for an evening of fine foods paired with Chateau Grand Traverse wines. This weekend's menu is Maple Glazed Salmon with Ginger and Plums or a second choice of Fettuccini Carbonara with Chicken. Weekend Package Includes: Two-night stay for two, Friday evening wine and cheese reception with the winemaker, two deluxe breakfast bars in our breakfast room, private tour and tasting on Saturday at 5:00 PM and dinner with the winemaker prepared by Chef Perry on Saturday at 6:30 PM. Homemade Pastas & Gnocci: March 22
Chateau Chantal. Learn the traditional and modern techniques for making a variety of northern Italian fresh pastas. $125 per person. 12-5pm.
