Old Fashion Potato Soup is packaged in one-pound frozen pouches (UPC # 643640010772) or in four or eight-pound pouches (UPC codes # 643640001053) with any Best if used by dates of 7/21/09 or earlier. 

Minestrone Soup is packaged in one-pound frozen pouches (UPC # 64364001111) or in four or eight-pound pouches (UPC codes # 643640001138) or with any Best if Used by dates of 7/08/09 or earlier.

Problem/Reason for Recall:
The recalled products may contain undeclared wheat or soy.  People with allergies or severe sensitivities to wheat or soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume the recalled products.

There have been no illnesses or injuries reported to date in connection with this recall.

Distribution:    Restaurants, retail stores and fund raising companies in mid- and western Michigan.
