Product Information:
The recalled "S'morestick Kit" is packaged in a clear plastic tube containing individual clear plastic packages of marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate pieces.  This product bears the "Use By" date of "2/14/09". S'morestick Kits subject to this recall do NOT have a "contains milk" statement following the ingredient statement affixed to the clear plastic tube.

Problem/Reason for Recall:
The recalled product may contain undeclared milk. People with allergies or severe sensitivities to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume the recalled product.

There is one reported allergic reaction attributed to this product.

The recall was initiated after it was discovered that early shipments of S'morestick Kits were distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of milk. The Company is in the process of revising its labeling to declare milk as an ingredient in the product.

Concerned consumers who have purchased a S'morestick Kit lacking the "contains milk" statement on the product's label are urged to contact Grand Carnival L.L.C. at 877-305-3382 for a full refund.
